About the project:
In the role of Business Expert you will be part of the project team implementing a new trade finance back office system and responsible for:
- preparation of documentation for parametrisation specification/concepts,
- configuring of the system based on parametrisation specification/concepts,
- preparation and/or execution of test cases to system configuration,
- other organisational tasks in relation with the implementation of a new Trade Finance processing system.
Cluster Trade Finance delivers fast, client focused and central provision of Trade Finance products and services for all clients globally along the whole Trade Finance Supply Chain - electronically and traditionally. Our main products are documentary business (Letter of Credits, Collections, Guarantees) connected with developing automized IT solutions with use of OCR technology and Artificial Intelligence. We combine all services regarding Trade Finance products from product management, product specific / technical sales support up to run and change all TF IT-systems. To support the business processes, we develop own, integrate 3party software applications and operate them on different IT-platforms.
What you will be doing? π
- Preparation of documentation for parametrization specification/concepts,
- Configuring of the system based on parametrization specification/concepts,
- Preparation and/or execution of test cases to system configuration,
- Other organizational tasks e.g. set-up of meetings with the Vendor, moderating meetings, taking notes of meetings etc.
Which technology & skills are important for us? π
- Experience of managing project documentation
- System specification/analysis management and execution
- Experience in providing business support to trade finance (or other bank product) backend users
- Trade Finance Business Knowledge
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point)
