About the project:
In Cross Channel Services (CCS) we are delivering cross-functional services for implementations in online banking platform of Commerzbank to ensure stable and highly available online banking.
The Business Expert cooperates between the business/non-technical and technical layers. She/he can think from a client perspective, learn, understand and improve business processes, technical concept and the infrastructure knowledge and always stays connected to the business needs and requirements. She/he acts as a bridge, formulates the requirements understandable for all stakeholders and is a translator between technical and non-technical layers. This role requires working in an agile way, taking part in meetings and discussions i.e. with business-stakeholders, DevOps teams, Developers, Product Owners, Technical Project Managers also with third party providers, writing user stories and test cases with all gathered information in corporation with the Product Owner to fill the backlog for the Developers.
You will be responsible for π
- Business requirement analysis
- Infrastructure requirement analysis
- Testing of applications
- Taking part in meetings and discussions
- Managing stakeholders/requestor
- Business conceptualization & documentation of requirements
- Agile requirement management
Which technology & skills are important for us?π
- Good understanding of infrastructure and architecture (VPN, HTTP(s), API Consumer Apps; Design: Decoupling a monolith)
- Ability to analyze processes and requirements
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure
- Good understanding of the business environment
- English (B2/C1/C2 level)
- German (at least basic skills)
Nice to have:
- Technical product development management skills (understanding releases, dependencies, tests, developer tasks)
- Experience with agile
- Understanding of Commerzbank architecture
