The Payment Cluster delivers fast, client focused payment products and services for all clients globally - electronically and traditionally. We combine all services regarding Payment’s products from product management, product specific / technical sales support up to run and change all IT-systems. To support the business processes, we develop own, integrate 3party software applications and operate them on different IT-platforms. Operational stability is core and center for our provided services.
You are an important point of contact for our retail and corporate customer sales units, for other clusters and internal units as well as our payment transaction partners.
You are responsible for the management, digitization and development of our products and processes.
The focus is on the professional support and assurance of stable operation in payment transactions for our customers.
You work in a cross-functional team with a focus on (international) payment transactions.
What you will be doing? 👇
- Line management of direct reports
- Operational involvement in the work of the Cells and thereby implement the vision of the cluster.
- Supporting the cluster lead in the further development of the cluster goal in compliance with architectural specifications and principles Prepare/ensure the skillset required for this.
- Defining the technical standards and chapter strategy.
- Responsibility over the further development of your employees by pooling chapter know-how as well as knowledge and best practice exchange.
- Promoting the development and future viability of employees, by ensuring the framework conditions for the further development of agile and professional know-how as well as a digital mindset.
- Managing and be responsible for the proactive exchange for the interfaces as well as the transfer of specialist and methodical knowledge between the Cells and/or Chapter.
- Recruiting new team members.
- Responsibility for ensuring workplace health and safety for all employees within own area of responsibility.
