In your role as a Post Trading IT Business Experts you will be responsible for business development and maintenance regarding a part of the applications in reconciliation processes. You will be a point of contact for e.g. questions about the application, functionalities, authorization management or audit findings.
Teams in Post Trading Cluster work in agile environment. As an IT Business Expert in Reco Team, you will work with scrum framework and use Jira and Confluence as your basic tools for the reconciliation process, e.g. create User Stories regarding your internal or external requirements and supporting test activity. You will support all team members for the implementation of these requirements and collaborate with other teams or clusters on your daily basis.
You will be responsible for 👇
- Analysis of specification / documentation collected from stakeholders – work with requirements
- Configuration of settings in EasyMatch application
- Test created scenarios during the reconciliation process in EasyMatch application
- Analysis of bugs – based on the results from EasyMatch application on test environments
- Responsibility for business development – being a contact person as an application expert
- Support the team as a business representative
- Work with and support the scrum framework – be a part of agile team and use Jira and Confluence on a daily basis

- Deputy of Product Owner during his absence

Description of the cluster:
We work in a cluster structure which allows the project teams to work on their tasks in a self-organized and flexible manner. Each project team assumes product responsibility from start to end, from software development to operation. The teams use agile working methods for their organization and thanks to that they could deliver products to customers faster and more efficiently.
You would work in the Post Trading cluster and take care for the needs of the Reconciliation business. Commerzbank in this area uses centralized Reconciliation platforms covering technical and business processes.
Applications:
- EasyMatch is a reconciliation platform used for Cash/Depot, Front Office to Front Office and Front Office to Back Office applications.
- MIS Risk produces reports concerning breaks and unexecuted confirmations.
The generated reports are containing all information about root causes, products, age category and the underlying risk.
- Manual reconcyliations – VBA based reconciliation executed in MS Access/MS Excel.
- Corona is an integrated investigation and reconciliation tool for reconciling depots and accounts in GS-OPS (currently GS-OPS internal accounts, GS-OPS inventory accounts, GS-OPS CLEARING accounts, Nostro accounts, GS-OPS internal accounts, Comdirect accounts aligned and invested. The differences resulting from the vote will be reported via e-mail or Swift.) Monitoring and reporting is done for GS-OPS via MIS and for GS-OPS via SAS.
