Trade Finance Cluster develops and provides all Trade Finance products and services along the value chain - electronically and traditionally for all customer domestic and globally. Furthermore, we design and implement innovative products to finance and digitize our customers' supply chains.
We support the CTS Sales Units around the world as well as the respective Processing Center. Our main products are documentary business (Letter of Credit, Collections), guarantees as well as Supply Chain Finance.
We combine all services regarding our products from product development and product management, product specific / technical sales support up to run and change all Trade Finance IT-systems
Description of the position:
Trade Finance is an important pillar of Commerzbank’s strategy, and a modern backend infrastructure supports the aim of expanding our business. In your role as a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for supporting one of the Bank’s biggest projects, the new Trade Finance backend system, and closely collaborating with various project streams, the project management team, as well as the project vendor.
What you will be doing? 👇
- Moderating scrum ceremonies for the project
- Guiding the team and organization on scrum best practices
- Supporting the project management
- Cooperating with projects Stream Leads and their teams
- Ensuring proper communication within and outside the team
- Aligning input for the project with Jira
- Securing proper and timely reporting
- Proposing and implementing improvements
Alternative tasks:
- Providing all support to the team using a customer-oriented leadership style
- Being a part of Scrum Master Community of Trade Finance in Lodz and Frankfurt to improve the agile way of working in the Trade Finance cluster
Which skills are important for us? 👌
- High knowledge of Scrum
- Good knowledge of Kanban
- High knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
- Experience in IT projects
