In your role as Business Expert you will be responsible for building applications and interfaces and integrate them into our IT landscape. You are contact person for e.g. questions about the application, for functionalities, for authorization management or for audit findings.

Description of the cluster:

Customer Data Management (CDM) harmonizes the currently heterogeneous application landscape for customer master data to enable fast and efficient access across the bank and to create the basis for a new standard of data quality. We create group-wide views of the personal and customer master data and link these to alliances for internal and regulatory processes.

CORE is an acronym for Commerzbank Related Entities. CORE is a group wide static/master data application of Commerzbank AG which focus on person, organization an group views. CORE comprises in different modules like CORE Person, CORE GlobalParty & Verbund and CORE Admin. With a newly written ONE.Person frontend that enables online customer to self manage static data. CDM Cluster plays a vital role in enabling processes for documents and process automation The importance of person, organization and group view has grown significantly in the last years because of regulatory requirements and from the sales point of view. It is therefore an integral part of our business model.

You will be responsible for:👇

Creating, analyze and solving data related issues from the banks data quality and issue management (Data Steward activities)
Define metrics to business data to assess data quality and enable long-term comparisons as well as operational execution and monitoring of those metrics
Work with the cluster team to identify improvement opportunities, propose system changes, and develop data management strategies
Usage of data processing tools to extract, combine or migrate data from various sources
Use relevant data to generate reports showing trends and patterns to help stakeholders understand the issues so that they can make decisions based on facts and trends
Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in datasets
Perform proactive data cleansings (prepare and request business batch processing)
Work in an environment that require a high degree of concentration and attention to detail

Experience in project management
Knowledge of Jira / Confluence
Knowledge of MS Office package
Knowledge of API concept
