If so, we'd love to hear from you! We are looking for an experienced Java Engineer with experience in infrastructure, security, database and messaging solutions.
The cluster Global Financial Crime Prevention Platform provides a global and holistic IT platform for Transaction Monitoring, Customer Screening including the data provisioning platform. We are looking for software engineers with strong experience in supporting Compliance business processes, specifically for data provisioning on a modern Business Intelligence Platform (SAS ViYA).
The focus of your work is development, implementation, testing and maintenance of the Compliance IT solutions on the the Sanctions screening platform of Commerzbank, which is based on a vendor provided software that is highly customized and enhanced by Commerzbank developed applications.
Main tasks:
- Be a trusted Java developer and technical adviser to collegues and solve easy and complex development challenges.
- Create and deliver best practice solutions,
- Work with collegues on reliable and performance optimized code and solutions
- Design and implement plans for deploying complex applications via CI/CD pipelines
- Support creation of backup, and disaster recovery solutions
- Partner with project teams, functional architects, systems specialists and other technical resources from within the bank and our vendors
- Support projects from inception to production
Which skills are important for us?👌
- Very good knowledge of Java
- Good knowledge of building systems like Maven, Ant Code Repo GIT, Bitbucket
- Good knowledge of Java technologies like Spring framework, Apache Tomcat, JSF, JUnit
- Basic knowledge of Web Technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular JS
