As an Expert Java Developer you will be working in the Data as a Service (DaaS) cell which builds products and services designed to provide barrier free, easy to use information and test data for the whole bank. This includes data anonymization services, user interfaces and a consolidated data layer.
On a daily basis you will develop products based on java technology which are running in the Cloud (GCP) and on-prem. Your responsibilities will encompass the full Software Development Lifecycle including analysis, architecture, testing and also supporting during production issues during normal working hours.
What you will be doing? π
- Software Development, defect and requirements analysis, testing, bug fixing of applications
- Take care of proper up-to-date system documentation
- Find and implement innovative solutions for product design
- Coach colleagues and end users, actively contributing to knowledge sharing and to a learning culture
- Participate in regular Scrum ceremonies
Which technology & skills are important for us? π
- High knowledge of Java, Spring boot
- Good knowledge of UNIX/LINUX (Red Hat) RH 7.x
- Good knowledge of Git
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of relational and non-relational database solutions (SQL knowledge, DB design principles)
- Basic knowledge of Cloud solutions/ GCP
