Description of the position:
- In your role as Scrum Master, you will be a member of international agile team responsible for whole development cycle of risk applications in cluster Risk Quality. Usually, our Scrum Masters are responsible for two Scrum/Kanban teams, that are cross located in Frankfurt and Lodz.
- In Branch and Key Area, we have numerous of communities, where Scrum Masters can exchange and improve their knowledge and experiences in the work with teams and agile tools.
Main tasks:
- Responsibility for facilitating Scrum/Agile ceremonies.
- Removing impediments and guiding the team on how to achieve their goals.
- Guiding the team and organization on Scrum best practices
- Supporting Product Owner.
- Ensure proper communication within and outside the team
- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style
What we expect from you:
- High knowledge of Scrum Framework, Kanban, Jira.
Additional Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. Mural)
Personal Skills: - Good analytic thinking with attention to details to solve problems
- Proactive and structured mode of operation, supporting projects and driving tasks to deliver results
- Customer orientation and ownership attitude for the assigned responsibilities
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ability to advise and consult other team members
- Willingness and interest to acquire new product and process
- High flexibility and adaptability to fast changing environment
- Good team player with high ability to work in cross-locational and international teams.
- Specific work conditions
- If allowed ready to work in our open space office environment in Lodz, hybrid mode.
- If allowed business travel to Germany might be needed max. 2-4 times a year

Description of the cluster:
In cluster Risk Quality we monitor trends in repayments of loans and based on big data as well as strategies from advanced analytics, we take appropriate measures in case of overdrafts to mitigate Credit Risk.
Our main technologies are currently Java, IBM BAW, Oracle, and Hive (Data Lake), but we also started implementation of cloud in our applications. Our goal is to build accurate and efficient risk screening tools and processes for various industries and segments, create customer-oriented transition process of engagements, while simultaneously ensuring a risk adequate and cost-efficient loan process.
