„Practice in Lodz – summer internships is a project organized as part of the “Youth in Lodz” program, whose aim is to enable students and graduates of Lodz universities to gain professional experience. The project can be attended by people up to 30 y.o. who are students or graduates (up to one year after graduation) of Lodz public or non-public universities. We look for students after second year of technical, mathematical, business, finance, economic or related studies.

📢 Join our team as a Workplace Support Intern! 📢

During your internship you'll be the first point of contact for technical support. You'll also manage the inventory of IT equipment, making sure everything is accounted for and ready to use. Additionally, you'll gain hands-on experience troubleshooting basic operating system issues and identifying network-related challenges.

What you will be doing? 👇

  • Provide comprehensive, timely and accurate responses to technical support requests
  • First point of contact for all IT-related matters
  • Inventory of the IT equipment
  • Perform basic OS troubleshooting
  • Identify network related issues

Which technology & skills are important for us? 👇

  • Basic knowledge of Windows
  • English B1 level

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of Linux
  • Basic knowledge of setting up printers
